Rinkel is one of the leading vehicle assistance companies in Argentina, serving more than 900 users per day. The challenge was to reduce attendance times and gasoline costs. For that we created an internal software that automates the assignment of tow trucks for each service, based on geolocation, live traffic and delay times of each driver.
