Rinkel is one of the leading roadside assistance companies in Argentina, serving over 900 users per day. The challenge was to reduce response times and gasoline costs. To achieve this, we created Tracker, an internal software that automates the allocation of tow trucks for each service based on geolocation, live traffic, and driver delay times.
